By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to our website.

2. Custom Products

All products sold by 3 Little Birds Customs LLC are custom-made or made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including product selection, size, color, design, spelling, and personalization before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved or submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before production of custom items begins.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Shipping times are separate from processing times and are determined by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom-made items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at 3lbc.sales@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, and product designs created by or owned by 3 Little Birds Customs LLC remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute our designs without our written permission.

Customers submitting their own artwork confirm they own the rights to use that artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions. 3 Little Birds Customs LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

3 Little Birds Customs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely to fulfill your order, provide customer service, and communicate with you regarding your purchase. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or fulfill shipments.
